HEAD's innovation continues with the release of the Graphene Radical Touch Series for the 2018-19 season. New to this series is PWRAIL cross-beam technology which stiffens the racquet's throat for maximum power. The factory string is now 17 gauge - a small, yet significant upgrade in power and playability over 16 gauge which was used in all previous HEAD racquet models. Plus, HEAD's engineers have modified the graphene construction with the addition of Kraibon for extra shock absorption upon impact, improving touch and feel. For players looking for a racquet that has the most amount of power with the least amount of effort, the HEAD Graphene Touch Radical 180 Racquet is the perfect option. This model features an extremely powerful 210 gram strung-weight and a maneuverable head-light balance - the best combination if you take short swings or have a slow to moderate swing speed.

Other recent HEAD innovations included in this series is their Adaptive Fan Pattern which makes it possible to use the standard 16 main-strings or only 12 for more power, and ComforTech grip technology - a specially formulated polyurethane inlayed into the graphite handle for a softer grip and better playability.
